Subpoenas & ORAPs that require personal service ONLY, will be billed per individual being served at same or different locations.

Fee is based on first defendant and an additional $62.50 will be applied per additional defendant including Unknown Occupants at the same address.

General Service Notes

Services and rates are based on per person, per address.
Additional named person and/or business at same address starting at $62.50.
3 to 4 attempts will be made per person, per address depending on location.
If a wait time is required and exceeds 30 minutes, $55 per hour will be applied.
Services are available outside basic service area. Please call for a service quote (Out of County and/or State).
